The delivery of items to Italy is via DHL. Delivery times are 1-3 business days. The delivery of articles for foreign countries is done by mail DHL air. Delivery times are 4-10 business days .

The package can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) with direct debit. You can not pay with checks. The quoted prices already include the actual VAT. Any regulatory changes relating to changes in VAT or other taxes on the sale will result in adjustment in the schedule of shipment. Invoices are not issued unless jointly requested the order accompanied by the Codice Fiscale and Partita IVA (art. 22, DPR 633/72 VAT). We accept payments cash on delivery. The goods will be shipped within 2 weeks from order by express courier DHL.

Luluna policy is conceived to facilitate and simplify what is necessary to guarantee your total satisfaction. If you’ll find a defect in the workmanship or in materials of a Luluna product, or if it has not been done as you wrote in your order, Luluna promptly will correct the error both with modifications and replace, at no cost for you. We can’t offer a refund or replacement because dresses can not be resold because of the personalization of garment, the not standard measures or customized finishes. For changes or replacement, only if the item has not been worn, washed or damaged in any way, simply you have to communicate us by e-mail within 15 days from delivery.

To return us a product to modify or change, you have to communicate to Luluna by e-mail the reasons for your dissatisfaction within 15 days from receipt of delivery and request a form of Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA). No return can be made for any reason without having filled out the RMA form. You will receive your RMA by email to complete it and consign it to the courier for your return. Complete instructions for the preparation of goods for the withdrawal will be provided in the RMA form.
