What is Luluna?
Luluna is an online tailor. We make women's clothes to measure. The client chooses the garment, gives us her measurements and we send it to her.

How do I give you my measurements?

Do I have to give you all my measurements before ordering a garment?
No, you only have to give us the ones we need for that specific garment. If you buy a pair of pants for example, we won't ask you what length your arms are! However if you want to enter all your measurements before buying a garment you can do so using your user profile.

But do I have to enter my measurements every time I buy something?
No, the measurements you enter are recorded in your user profile so that you don't have to enter them every time. We just ask you to confirm them.

How can I change my measurements?
Using the enter fields on the user profile form.

When will I receive the garments ordered?
Generally speaking within a fortnight. We don't have supplies in our warehouse, each garment is individually cut and sewn as soon as the client confirms the order.

What are the payment methods?
It's possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) by direct debit. You can not pay with checks.

What are the shipping charges?
There are no shipping costs for Western Europe. For other countries we have a rate differentiated for every country. Check what price band your country is in.

What happens if the garment arrives with a production defect or has different measurements from those indicated?
In these cases just send us back the garment and you can choose whether to get a refund or a new garment.

What happens if I realise I have placed an order with the wrong measurements?
If you realise that you have made an order with the wrong measurements contact us as soon as possible at this address. We'll try to halt the production process. Please take your measurements carefully. Just watch our tutorial.
